Autogenic training is a proven and scientifically well-researched, concentrated relaxation method. It offers everyone the possibility of positive self-influence to become calmer, more relaxed and more capable through targeted relaxation.
Johann Heinrich Schulz developed this technique from hypnosis. It has not changed up to now. Unfortunately, the technique is often incorrectly taught.
Autogenic training is learned in a group course of about 10 persons in about 8 hours. Independent training is then required. Since autogenic training can have effects on the autonomic nervous system, the mind and the cardiovascular system, learning the basic technique under a doctor’s guidance is advisable.
